Ryanair’s Chief Commercial Officer David O’Brien said:

“Ryanair is pleased to extend our connecting flights service at Milan Bergamo Airport with another 25 routes added, including services to/from Hamburg, Porto, Bratislava, Budapest, Prague, Thessaloniki and Vilnius, offering our customers even more low fare choice with 50 connecting routes in total (potentially rising to 300). With 17 of these new routes connecting onto other Italian destinations we will continue to make regional Italy more accessible for European customers in advance of developing more direct routes to the regions in the coming years. Customers flying on these routes will be able to transfer onto their next flight at Milan Bergamo without having to go landside, and will have their bags checked through to their final destination.

This connecting flights service, delivered under Year 4 of our “Always Getting Better” programme, is now available on 50 Milan Bergamo routes, as well as 10 routes via Rome Fiumicino Airport and will be rolled out at other Ryanair airports throughout our network, with even more routes to be added in the coming weeks and months. In addition, Ryanair.com, the world’s most visited airline website, also sells 20 long haul Air Europa routes to North and South America.

To celebrate our extended connecting flights service, we are releasing seats for sale from just €14.99 for travel between September and November, which are available for booking until midnight Thursday (17 Aug). Since these amazing low fares will be snapped up quickly, customers should log onto www.ryanair.com and avoid missing out.”
