United will start non-stop flights from the US to Naples / Prague / Amsterdam!

Starting next year, United Airlines will launch non-stop services from San Francisco to Amsterdam and from New York to Prague and Naples.

“We’ve built an unparalleled global network and we continuously look for opportunities to make United the first choice for travellers booking flights to Europe and beyond,” said Patrick Quayle, United’s vice president of International Network.

“Whether customers are travelling for business or leisure, United offers more choice than ever before to connect to the places, people and moments that matter most.”

Beginning 30 March 2019, United will be the only US carrier to offer non-stop services between San Francisco and Amsterdam. Currently, United operates daily, year-round services between Amsterdam and Chicago, Houston, New York/Newark and Washington Dulles.

From 6 June, the airline will add a non-stop seasonal service between New York/Newark and Prague.

“During the first seven months of 2018, there was an 82 per cent year-on-year increase in the number of passengers on regular scheduled flights to the USA and Canada,” said Vaclav Rehor, chairman of the Prague Airport Board of Directors.

United will also be the only US carrier to have non-stop service to Naples. The seasonal route will be operated from 22 May 2019 to 4 October 2019.
