Starting from November 2025, every Flydubai passenger will receive complimentary meals and in-flight entertainment — regardless of their ticket type.

The Dubai-based airline has announced a major enhancement to its Economy Class product. From 1 November 2025, meals, snacks, and drinks will be included in all Economy fares, and the full entertainment system will be available to everyone onboard.

Free meals on every flight

Until now, Economy passengers had to purchase food separately or choose a higher fare to receive it. Under the new system, every traveller will get a free meal or light snack, with menus inspired by international and regional cuisines depending on the route.

Entertainment for everyone

All passengers will gain access to Flydubai’s extensive entertainment system, offering more than 1,000 hours of content — including movies, TV shows, music, games, and podcasts. The system is available through personal touchscreens at each seat.

A more premium experience

This move brings Flydubai’s onboard experience closer to that of its partner airline Emirates, providing a more comfortable and seamless journey, particularly for passengers connecting via Dubai to destinations across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

A positive change for European travellers

With Flydubai expanding its presence across Europe, the addition of complimentary meals and entertainment will make long-haul and medium-haul flights to Dubai much more enjoyable — without increasing ticket prices.
