- Krabi – Another southern province, Krabi is known for its stunning limestone cliffs, secluded beaches, and hidden caves. It’s a great place for rock climbing, island hopping, and snorkelling.
- Koh Samui – This island in the Gulf of Thailand is known for its luxurious resorts, beautiful beaches, and lively nightlife. It’s a great place for relaxation, water sports, and exploring the local Buddhist temples.
- Ayutthaya – This ancient city was once the capital of Thailand and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It’s home to dozens of ancient temples and ruins, including the famous Wat Mahathat with its iconic Buddha head entwined in tree roots.
- Sukhothai – Another ancient city that was once the capital of Thailand, Sukhothai is known for its well-preserved ruins, including the iconic Wat Mahathat and Wat Si Chum. It’s a great place for history buffs and those interested in ancient architecture and art.
