WizzAir texted customers about non-existent schedule changes!
WizzAir sent notifications about non-existent cancellations and schedule changes on 29 March 2018 to many of its customers.
The reason behind this was a nondisclosed technical failure.
WizzAir released a statement on its Facebook page to notify related customers:
“Due to a technical glitch, SMS notifications regarding non-existent schedule changes were sent to customers today. If you are one of the recipients and you do not see any modifications after logging into your WIZZ account on http://wizzair.com, please disregard the notification. We would like to apologise for the inconveniences caused.”
If you received a text about any schedule changes but in your WizzAir account nothing changed, do not worry, just disregard the notification.
